As part of our continued support to enhance the brand awareness of the RKS Associates Schools of New Jersey, GV CERV was asked to design and develop a media kit for each of the three schools. The purpose of these media kits is to enable school district professionals, parents, and other educational professionals to gather a solid understanding of the academic, behavioral, transition, and related services spectrum of support each RKS school has to offer.
Working with a theme statement of “Our students walk into a warm embrace, and walk out with the ability to embrace the world,” GV CERV developed the complete media kits. Each media kit consisted of a four-panel pocket folder and up to 11 full-color inserts, each exclusively focusing on particular support or academic program to further the education and growth of the special needs student population in New Jersey. The purpose of the inserts was so that each intake meeting can be customized based upon the particular needs and challenges to a specific student’s potential enrollment. The modular approach also enables new and updated services and programs to be added to the kit without requiring new print production other than for that particular insert.
Clean use of the brand icon, photography of “real” student activities, content that is detailed enough for all to better understand and prepare questions either during a tour of the school, or during intake meetings with potential families, and school district case managers.
