GV CERV Communications was contracted to produce a series of three staff-inspirational videos. The goal of this video series was to highlight three distinct points in an individual's career path that lead to a career in special education.

The video of the teacher from the Harbor School focused on a seasoned professional with personal experience supporting a family member with special needs. The second video featured someone who was not in the field but felt something was missing in their life and had a special talent for working with and understanding people.

In the second video, Geoff, a former bartender, underwent a significant career change and found his passion as a special education teacher. Finally, the last video in the series is about someone who recently graduated from college, was interested in education, but wasn’t quite sure where to focus their career. The purpose of the videos was to help to inspire further interest and increase staffing applications for each of the respective schools

Each video highlighted a different age group and path that was unique to each of the special education professionals.
