Always Use Teach-back Website redesign and structure

In collaboration with Advancing Health Literacy Franklin County and the Institute for Health Care Advancement, GVCERV developed a complete redesign and structure for the Always Use Teach-back website. This new site contains over 50 resource tools, an extensive media library, and tools. The project's initial goal was to work collaboratively with the team to determine the site map structure. The next phase was a complete rethink and approach to the initial site that launched in 2010.

In addition to the WordPress design and development, we also had to develop over 50 multi-page downloadable tools for integrating teach-back principles for individuals and organizations.
